We have established there is no chance of sunshine at this time. As for the wind, the cushions on the balcony were blown off the chairs. They are wet, so it definitely rained. However, the uncertainty continues.

It is the 15th of October, 1857 ( and in Kotah, Major Charles Burton & his two sons are besieged & murdered in their home. They were attacked by the troops of the Maharao of Kotah, who was powerless to stop them from attacking a man he called his friend.
