A fraudulent squatter used a complete set of fake documents to occupy my home rent-free for an entire year. After a long legal battle, I finally had his family removed, yet the judge ruled that he owed me $0 in rent.

He lived for free for a year, walked away without consequence, and faced no legal penalty whatsoever.
