@vrbo we need some help with re-booking a unit that was double booked when we arrived last night. We have been waiting 10 hours to hear from re-booking. We have an open case and there is a unit available but we are in limbo and need some help. Can someone contact me? Thanks.

@vrbo We were contacted by quite a few different customer service reps at VRBO. The issue was resolved favorably. We were very happy with the resolution and felt it was within a timely matter considering what a busy day it was and time of year. We think that VRBO did a good job.
