Mariana from Santuario Amor Que Salva has dealt with more trauma than most people might ever experience, and yet she is still the most gentle, innocent being imaginable. 🥺💚
This story proves that human beings take advantage of the most vulnerable, and treat them in the worst possible ways. 💔
Why? When we could just have compassion instead? 🤔

The cost of “bacon” is so much more than we could ever imagine. 😔💔
“Inside a pig breeding facility in Quebec, Canada, hundreds of sows are confined in narrow metal gestation and farrowing crates in spaces barely larger than their bodies. The animals live entirely indoors under artificial light with no access to natural elements or opportunities for social interaction.
According to the photojournalist, the barns were loud with machinery noise and thick with heat and ammonia. Many sows exhibited repetitive stress behaviours and showed visible signs of illness and injury, their bodies marked by sores from contact with metal bars and from standing for long periods on hard slatted floors. Dead piglets and decomposing pig carcasses were documented on the property.” - Julie P / We Animals

🏘️ Household preparedness alone can't fix systemic risks.
Who creates risk, how does it spread, and who pays the price?

This week we will be releasing the full sickening footage captured on drone camera by Northants Hunt Saboteurs on the eve of Saturday’s “National Trail Hunting Day” at one of the oldest and most prestigious hunts in the county, the Quorn Hunt.
The footage will leave viewers in absolutely no doubt of the intent behind the footage - training young hounds to hunt, kill and tear up foxes that goes on behind the trail hunting smokescreen.
It will put to death any argument that they are trained to follow trails.
It will destroy any argument that hounds are not trained to kill foxes.
It smashes the idea that foxhounds are “just acting on instincts” when they kill foxes.
All this at the top end of the hunting hierarchy.
The footage is devastating.
Let it end the Quorn Hunt and “trail hunting” for good.
Stay tuned to our news and socials.
