You're just making stuff up. The premium membership just gets you tat. They're all the same when it comes to ticket access. If you paid more for better ticket access there would be uproar.
All memberships get you the same chance.

You're not educated on the topic and that's fair but I'd advise you take a look into gyro aiming. It's not wiggling a Wii remote about. It allows you to aim yourself without the game giving you crutches.

I rang customer support and they could not see a reason for the status problem, reinstated my account and redid the order. The call cut out at the end though. Today, on the 03/09/2024 I went on my account to see that this now said order not available.

On the 16/08/2024 and 23/08/2024 I received emails with the subject "Great news, your order is on track" and the text seen in the picture attached. On the 02/09/2024 I received an email saying my order was cancelled due to the status of my account.
