If you’re deep into crypto, I think one of the highest ROI decisions you can make is moving to a city where crypto people naturally concentrate.
Dubai, Singapore, London, New York, etc.
I’ve lived in Dubai for 2.5 years now and massively underestimated how much proximity compounds.
Yesterday I hosted a football game and most of the people there are in crypto. You play for an hour, grab some drinks, have random conversations and leave with new ideas, friends and completely different perspectives.
Do that every week for years and it adds up.
The internet gives you access to everyone, but being physically surrounded by ambitious people in your industry accelerates you in a way which is indescribable.
