"no formal bargain" that they wouldn't steal all your shit was struck with burglars either, but they still go to prison
Dismissed -> "US District Judge Amit Mehta found that no “formal bargain” had ever been struck between publishers and Google, which means they cannot prove a claim under antitrust law, specifically the Sherman Act."

Codex reset just landed. Reminder to login to all your accounts and start the new weekly countdown

Looks like Codex needs to increase capacity to cope with the increased number of users. Been getting "Selected model is at capacity. Please try a different model." for the last several hours...
What I wanted to say yesterday is that we hit 25M active users and to celebrate we have now reset usage for all paid subscriptions for ChatGPT Work and Codex. See you soon for more news from The Reset Company.

My experience of @Escrow_com payment process: “Send us the money, then chase us to learn whether we received it.” This happened in 2016, again in 2021, and again this week. Payment sent, proof attached, two emails, no reply. 🤯

WebMCP makes the agentic web real. In this live demo, I use @brave Leo to search a WooCommerce store, check stock, choose products and add them to my cart. The agent does the shopping. I stay in control and complete checkout. Live now: demo.openforagents.com

Codex resets just landed. Reminder: if you have multiple accounts, sign in to each of them to start the new weekly countdown. Delay and they'll begin only when you login to that account.

My personal feedback from the recent Google spam update rolled out is that it reintroduced domain authority abuse. Seeing retailers and ecomm stores outrank for entertainment terms now with trash no-effort content. Definitely a big regression from Google.

PSA: when there is a Codex reset you must login to start the weekly timer countdown. If you have multiple accounts and don't login to them all immediately, the weekly timer countdown only begins whenever you first login. Found this out the hard way via multiple accounts and several reset cycles.

This is exactly why I started @openforagents. A page can look fine to an agent while the browser still misses the explicit interface the site owner created for it. In our test, both browsers read everything. Only one found all the WebMCP tools we expected.
An agent browser can render every page and still miss what the site explicitly offers to agents. We tested @Cloudflare Kitesurf and Chromium across nine pages. Both rendered 9/9. Only Chromium found the complete expected WebMCP tool inventory. openforagents.com/blog/rende…

Every agent client is developing its own way of adding tools. I do not want website owners maintaining a different schema, limit and safety policy for every one. So we tested a simpler idea at @openforagents: review the capability once, then adapt the packaging at the edge.
One website capability should not become four different definitions just because it appears through MCP, WebMCP, an Agent Plugin and an Assistant. We tested whether one reviewed contract could travel into Codex without changing its rules. It could. openforagents.com/blog/one-c…
