Yagiz is currently playing a match against Former FIDE World Champion Veselin Topalov in Monaco - it is called Clash of Generations, sponsored by Turkish Billionaire Evren Ucok. Yagiz defeated Topalov in a wild game with the Black pieces today - and with this win in Game 5, Yagiz crossed the 2700 mark, his live rating is now 2704!
