Gatti. Meglio i gatti

🚨Cyber Alert‼️ 🇮🇹Italy - Fake WhatsApp Message and AI Voice Scam Leave €36 Million Missing at Fideuram In February 2026, Fideuram – Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking was hit by a sophisticated AI-assisted social engineering and BEC fraud that resulted in around €95 million being transferred to foreign accounts, mainly in China and Hong Kong. Fraudsters impersonated Intesa Sanpaolo CEO Carlo Messina through a fake WhatsApp message sent to then-chairman Paolo Molesini, then reinforced the scam with a phone call using an AI-cloned voice impersonating lawyer Paolo Nastasi of A&O Shearman and spoofed emails containing payment instructions. About €40 million was recovered in China and another €13 million was frozen in Portugal, but at least €36 million remains missing, with some of the funds reportedly converted into cryptocurrency. 🚨Cyber Alert Update‼️ 🇮🇹Italy - 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗜𝗮𝗺𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗔𝗩𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗕𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 "𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝘁𝗮𝗹𝘆 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀" The "IamNotAVillain" threat actor, which previously claimed responsibility for the Revolut attack, has begun publishing “The Italy Files,” a collection allegedly containing 150 GB across more than 85,000 files obtained from Italian government-related systems. The data reportedly includes personal information on over 130,000 public officials, compromised mailboxes, passports, health cards, immigration and diplomatic documents, government officers’ identity records, and arms-licence documentation. Had an "interview" for a blockchain project last week. Camera was on, we're chatting, and the guy tells me to clone a GitHub repo and run it locally before we go further into the technical round. I said sure, but first can you do me a favor hold up 3 fingers in front of your face for me real quick. He froze. Didn't move. Just sat there for a few seconds before the call cut off and he blocked me. That's when I knew. A real interviewer doesn't glitch out over a random ask like that. A deepfake/AI overlay does. These "run this repo" scams are getting scary common in crypto and dev hiring right now. The setup is always the same: - flattering DM - real-sounding project - rushed timeline - a "quick step" before the call that's really just remote access or a credential stealer in disguise. If someone wants you to run code or install something before you've even had a real conversation, that's the whole scam. Trust the instinct. Stay safe out there.

A hacker claiming responsibility for the Revolut breach now says they also compromised multiple Italian law enforcement systems and stole 147GB of data. If true, this just got a lot bigger. Source: @IntCyberDigest

The Revolut breach just escalated. the attackers are now leaking customer data and demanding payment. they've started publishing passports and KYC selfies of named individuals. tennis player Alexander Shevchenko. Gamdom CEO Felix Römer. they say they'll release more every day until Revolut pays. What's confirmed: Attackers used a real government agency email domain, reporting points to Italian PEC infrastructure, to send fraudulent data requests to Revolut. the emails passed DKIM authentication checks. Revolut's compliance team treated them as legitimate. They handed over the data. what was exposed: full names. dates of birth. occupation. addresses. emails. phone numbers. passport and driving licence copies. KYC selfies. IBANs. account statements. full transaction histories including Bitcoin. What the attackers are claiming — not independently confirmed: the group calling itself IAmNotAVillain claims: — the operation ran for roughly six months — they used compromised Italian law enforcement systems to send the requests — they hold 147GB from the Italian side including internal documents and officer chat logs — the majority of Revolut data is from Switzerland and France plus other countries — high-profile names include a Barcelona player and Georgia footballer Georges Mikautadze Passports + selfies + transaction histories + IBANs = a complete identity package. enough for account takeover. identity fraud. targeted phishing that references your real transaction history to sound legitimate if you're a Revolut customer: — check for a notification email from Revolut. if you got one, assume your data is in the leak. — be extremely suspicious of any contact claiming to be Revolut, law enforcement, or a bank in the coming weeks. this data will be used for follow-on attacks. — if your passport was exposed: contact your country's passport authority about flagging it. — freeze your credit if you're in a jurisdiction that allows it. W! @IntCyberDigest for the discovery!

This is not Hiroshima. This is Lebanon right now… This's the first time in history that an army broadcasting war criminal live while wiping mountains off the map—triggering a 4.1 magnitude earthquake—and the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights remain silent. Even if it’s an military infrastructure—as Israel claims—there are numerous other alternatives; detonating 1,100 tons of explosives directly causes severe, irreversible environmental degradation—surface topography destruction, the widening of existing ground fissures, structural damage to nearby buildings, and risking localized landslides, violating Article 35(3) of Protocol I to the Geneva Conventions, as well as the 1954 Hague Convention—occurring near critical historical landmarks like Beaufort Castle. But international law clearly doesn't apply to Israel.
