Extremely disappointed to report that The Witcher 3 Remastered is completely broken on AMD hardware
I'm playing on an RX 9070 XT and as you can see in this clip; the water glitches out, hair, skin textures are off and the grass is black.
I was playing using 26.8.1 drivers, then upgraded to 26.9.1 optional drivers and the issue still presits.
I've done some further research to see if this was a problem that was happening to me, but multiple AMD users have reported the same issue with the game.
I tried turning Ray Tracing on/off, turning off HDR, disabled Nvidia hairworks, turned off upscaling and anti-lag to see if anything changes but so far the game is still broken graphically.
AMD has yet to release a driver to support the title, but I don't understand how this issue was completely overlooked from both parties, how can a game come out in this state?

I am not sure why @ASRockUSA is not responding to couple of emails I have sent regarding my PG-1600G Power Supply suddenly throwing fire sparks on the back of the PSU. All I needed to do is claim RMA but unfortunately I am not getting response back at all. Any help?
In the meantime I bought another Asrock TC-1300T Power Supply to get going but I would like to have my PG-1600G replaced. Thank you all.

If you play Modern Warfare use 9950X3D tuned but if you play BF6 use 14900K tuned. End of story

I watched first half of FrameChasers video and there is few things I agree but some needs to be validated. Now this is my take. When I compare my 9950X3D dual 8200c32 MT/s and my 14900KF 8800c36 MT/s using Capframex only with 0.1 and stutter matric. Gameplay on the 14900KF is much smoother in most games and especially UE5 titles. Where Intel lacks AMD wins but in most important scenarios where there is a lot of things going on like NPC’s 14900KF is just dominating. Sometimes I think, well most of the time I think in BF6 bullets dip and soon as I jump on my KF is different story. For example latest game Resonance i had dips with AMD where Intel did not even blink. Yea, I can deal with it because X3D chips are really good but not that good if you know what I mean.
One thing Framechaser needs to do is ditch Msi Afterburner because it’s wrong by default and install Capframex with correct matrics.

Nvidia with DLSS5 is officially 3 Generations ahead of AMD gpu’s.
I understand you want to protect your purchase by saying how 9070XT is best gpu you have and how DLSS 5 is a slop but reality is different. Now you may see 50% loss performance but final version of DLSS5 will be much smaller gap.

The Sinking City 2 runs very well considering UE5 game. I was using RTX 5070 with 270K and RTX 5080 paired with 9950X3D Dual and both of systems gave me pleasant gaming experiences.

AMD cpu’s need to get rid of PBO garbage, outdated IOD, new IMC from the ground up and definitely all core OC like Intel. Only than we can talk!
I am looking at my 9950X3D Dual and telling you folks for real. It can be way better but it’s on the right path hopefully
