Tung Chee-hwa's first move was to gut Patten's electoral system. That's not continuation. That's demolition. You don't get to call a guy who undid everything a "continuation." And you don't get to praise the British for "democracy" when they spent a century denying it and only coughed it up on their way out the door. Get your history straight before you rewrite it.
