Surprise... In the dead of the night while no one expects it and no one will see...it's time: I made a token. But it has to be done right, and it shouldn't belong to me or frankly have anything to do with me. Puzzle pieces in my head that have been scattered for years have finally conjoined. Anytime I considered launching a "creator coin" I kept coming back to the same economic and moral dead ends: the ceiling is my reach, and my only way out would be to dump on my own community. This ultimately led to a re-kindling of passion for an idea that I'd been working on since the closure of the Kin Foundation: solving the problem Kin never could. Instead of tokenizing any one fan club or app, I am creating a pure, fair token that can feasibly be used by many communities and businesses that work together to grow the same economy, like a real world currency. We tried this with Kin, and I had a front-row seat to where and why it went wrong, how pitches died in meetings, and what the next attempt needed to look like. The project failed, but the lessons were seared into my brain, and I watch others repeat the same mistakes time and time again. That is what led me to launch ALL. The thesis behind the experiment is simple: money eventually consolidates. Crypto started with a few currencies and deep liquidity, then fragmented into millions of tokens, each walled into one niche, each diluting all the others. Expansion, without gravity. ALL is built to run that history in reverse. One shared currency, mined by demand: fairly launched, nobody allocated anything, no foundation, no roadmap. The only ways to get it are to buy it at the public price or get paid in it, including me. I helped run one of the ecosystem currencies that died trying this with free and gameable supply, so, ALL has none. Nobody gets anything for free, and everyone is responsible for themselves. No gimmicks, no shortcuts. A pure economy, with pure economics. A token as a primitive. Most projects don't really need their own token, but they might benefit from interoperable money that just…works? Every community, business, or app that plugs into ALL (under their own brand if they choose via whitelabeling, no permission required), gives everyone else one more place to spend the same money. In essence, reinstalling gravity: every use case gained improves the usefulness of the money for everyone, and anything that already exists becomes even better when rebuilt on the shared currency instead, because it already works everywhere else. A community of communities; a katamari, first rolling up small dust particles and rice, everything that never needed a ticker of its own, snowballing bigger and bigger until maybe one day it can absorb skyscrapers, countries, and planets. Or realistically, maybe not, who knows. The concept is inspired by the singularity: one infinitely small point containing every ingredient the universe would ever need. Not the biggest thing in crypto whatsoever, yet the smallest thing with everything in it. It starts infinitely small, with communities and businesses that the math says shouldn't go it alone. But the ceiling doesn't have to be my audience nor theirs. Fans eventually saturate. A single business's revenue might plateau. But commerce compounds. How far this rolls, I do not know and nobody can promise. What I can tell you is no one is "in charge" of ALL, so no one outranks you in it either. The roadmap is whatever you build with it. Going forward, personally: I will take some tips and payments in ALL, I am opening a music community within ALL, and I have a few ideas I don't want to talk about yet and may never come to see the light of day. Nothing is promised. For now it is exclusively available via Flipcash, and sending it is as easy as handing someone a bill or sending a text message, no crypto experience needed. ps: the logo was an accident. I was pushing shapes around a pitch deck, dropped a square behind a circle, and saw a shooting star while I was doing it. So it stayed. Unless you're also using ALL for something, you're not encouraged to buy. Description's on the site.
ALL is a shared currency mined by demand. Team allocation: 0 Presale: 0 VC raise: 0 Foundation: 0 Airdrop: 0 Roadmap: whatever you make with it Supply: 21,000,000, fixed forever Only ways to get it: buy it, or get paid in it The logo is a circle and a square. Squaring the circle is famously impossible, which is the honest thing to put on the label of an experiment. Live on Flipcash since March 2026. ALL is not an investment. all-token.org

Just wait til you see group chats. And community currencies. Flipcash is going to be incredible. Getting to this app has been an 18 year journey.
I just downloaded @flipcash and I’m starting to see why someone would actually use this. It’s basically money built around everyday interactions. Someone helps you with a job? Send them some money. Someone completes a task for you? Pay them. Someone does something you appreciate? Send them a little something. You like someone’s work or content? Tip them. You can even use it inside chats and send money through a link or tip card. That’s the part I find interesting. Crypto payments have always felt like: “Send me your wallet address.” Flipcash feels more like: “Here, I’ll just send it to you.” I just downloaded it, so I’m still playing around with it. But I can already see the appeal. It makes sending small amounts of money feel more like sending a message, tipping someone or showing appreciation. Now I’m curious to see how much people actually use this once it becomes part of their everyday online interactions.

I'll say this @FabianoSolana will always be considered a true legend for how he plays the game. Dropping a post like this and handing out cash to random people, whether it’s $5, $10, $20, or even more is the kind of unexpected move that puts a genuine smile on everyone's face today. Huge respect to him for giving back and spreading good vibes when no one saw it coming. As for @flipcash, you really hit the mark with this one. Beyond the super clean and modern UI, the app feels incredibly smooth and intuitive, literally the crypto equivalent of handing someone physical cash. A few extra highlights that make it top tier: Sleek Withdrawal Process: Cash-outs are fast, hassle-free, and seamless. Global Accessibility: Broad multi-region support makes local off-ramping simple no matter where you are. Solana Speed: Transactions settle almost instantly with practically non-existent network fees. Frictionless Onboarding: Generating and sharing your tip card via QR makes receiving payments effortless.
I’m sending free money to random replies today Flipcash is a new Solana payment app that makes sending money feel like handing someone cash 1. Download @flipcash 2. Comment with your tip card Basically the QR payment of crypto

We’re starting to pay people to try out the product. What a perfect representation of the Flipcash thesis itself. The only way to cut through the noise these days is to flip people some cash first, and then see what the relationship becomes.
Flipcash sponsored this post and provided me with a Tipping Fund, so drop your @flipcash tip card below. I’ll send some cash to a few people today!👇 You can simply show your tip card during the stream and anyone watching can scan it and send you a crypto tip instantly. If Flipcash works, it changes the meaning of both a community and a cryptocurrency. Today, communities create enormous social value without creating an economic asset for the people who build them. The conversations matter. The relationships matter. The culture matters. But none of that gives the early members an ownership position in what they helped create. They can build something from ten people to ten million and still end up owning nothing but their account. Flipcash changes that. It gives a community an economic memory. The people who were there early can own something that records the fact that they were there early. The people who spend years making the community better can participate in the value they helped create. A community stops being merely a place people visit and becomes something they can build together. That alone would be a profound change to the internet. But Flipcash also changes crypto. Crypto has spent most of its history searching for things to tokenize. Projects create tokens and then try to manufacture a reason for people to care about them. The asset comes first. The community is assembled afterward. Flipcash reverses that order. The community comes first. People gather because they want to talk, belong, create, compete, learn, laugh, build, or simply be around one another. The currency exists because the community exists. Its utility is not invented afterward. It is embedded in participation itself. That gives crypto something it has rarely had: an organic source of demand. Bitcoin showed that a community could rally around a scarce digital asset and make that asset extraordinarily valuable. But Bitcoin was one community and one asset. Flipcash asks what happens when that architecture becomes a primitive of the internet itself. A running club could have one. A group of artists could have one. A game guild, a school community, a neighborhood, a fandom, a group chat that unexpectedly becomes a movement. Most will remain small. Some will disappear. Some will become deeply important to the people inside them. A few may become enormous. And every one begins again. That may be the most important part. The great frustration of ownership is that history compounds. The best companies were started years ago. The most valuable land already has owners. Bitcoin was cheap once. If you were not there, you were not there. Flipcash does not abolish the advantage of being early. It preserves it. The people who see something before everyone else, contribute before everyone else, and help make it valuable should benefit. What Flipcash changes is the finality of being late. You can be late to Bitcoin. You can be late to Facebook. You can be late to Manhattan real estate. You can be late to a particular Flipcash community. But you cannot be late to the creation of communities. Human beings will keep finding new reasons to gather. New cultures will form. New jokes will become movements. New creators will find audiences. New groups of ten people will become groups of ten million. Each time that happens, there can be another scarce asset at the beginning of its life. Another chance to notice something early. Another chance to build. Another chance to own part of what you help create. If Flipcash succeeds, communities become economically ownable, and crypto finally becomes socially native. Bitcoin proved the power of digital scarcity. Flipcash could make that power available wherever people gather.
