Still not sure I understand this perspective. Collectibles can absolutely capture some degree of dynamic cultural relevance, for example

Are they dynamic enough to capture the full design space possible to capture when something or someone quickly becomes culturally relevant? No so you are partially right, but there are so many other instruments that can be designed to capture other parts of that design space. Some instruments can be more dynamic, for example
@meleemarkets around specific things Speed or Jensen might do.
Imagine a scenario where Speed was actually opted in to such instruments, where liquidity could be concentrated and he could get some portion of revenue. His revenue would scale alongside his cultural relevance, with no dump risk since he isn't controlling some coin supply.
