The HSR Act waiting period for our acquisition of @Boeing's @WiskAero, @Insitu_Inc, and @skygridai businesses has expired. This satisfies a key condition to closing the transaction. Completion of the transaction remains subject to the satisfaction or waiver of other customary closing conditions, including receipt of certain other regulatory approvals, which are underway. The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2026 and is set to create an end-to-end physical AI platform for aerospace and defense, combining Wisk, Insitu and SkyGrid’s pioneering autonomy, electric vertical take off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft, unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) and airspace intelligence technologies with Archer’s product suite and leading purpose-built AI foundation model, ZEE. archer.com/news/archer-annou…

Midnight is set to perform for the home crowd at our next "No Roads" tour stop. This weekend, Midnight returns to the California International Air Show for the second year running, flying in an epic lineup that includes the @usairforce's Thunderbirds, Goulian Aerosports, and other iconic aircraft like the MiG-17, T-33, and A-37 Dragonfly. Hundreds of Archer team members from engineering, operations, and flight test are expected on site each day to celebrate with the community. ♠️ ACES in Texas ♠️ Electric aviation requires charging infrastructure to support it. With Texas preparing for operations under the White House’s air taxi pilot program, there couldn’t be a better time to start building. America's Consortium for Electric Skyways (ACES), launched by Archer, @BETA_aircraft and @Macquarie Capital, plans to bring our interoperable charging network to Texas to support @TxDOT’s operations under the White House's eVTOL Integration Pilot Program (eIPP).
