Turns out the price charged for wrapping the bus is massively above the market rate and the company paid to carry out the stunt (WPP) have been in bed with the Labour Party for years. The bus wasn't even wrapped properly either, the font was too big and a hugely inflated invoice clearly doesn't buy you competence.
