Let’s build a Yoda species origin story together. You get to decide ONE thing: • Their homeworld
• Why they’re so Force-sensitive
• Why they’re so rare
• What their civilization was like
• What happened to them Which one are you answering?

Good guys green+blue, bad guys red, and then Samuel L. Jackson just casually walks in and changes The Maker's head canon by inventing a fourth category. Love it🤣
Did you know this is how Mace Windu got his purple lightsaber?

This one had me keen even before the Metacritic score, but now I'm fully hooked. Can't get that controller in my hands fast enough.

Very true. Andor turned the Rebellion into something both galaxy wide and very local.. The Mandalorian did the same for the Outer Rim: new cultures and corners of the map, anchored by the small, ongoing bond between Din and Grogu. Films deliver the big set pieces and status quo shifts. Long form series let the galaxy feel inhabited: people with jobs, communities, and relationships that unfold over seasons instead of two hours. That combination is why the setting feels larger and closer at the same time.
Kathleen Kennedy believes Lucasfilm should still make STAR WARS streaming shows, in addition to theatrically released films. "I think you absolutely need to do both. I think what's fantastic about streaming is that it's a different form of storytelling. It's long form storytelling. I think absolutely something like Star Wars belongs on television, but it's a different process than what you go through making a movie." (Source: youtu.be/-vlxGAB9FuM)

What if Yoda’s species didn’t originate in the Republic era at all? What if their history stretches back toward the age of civilizations like the Zeffo, or even further? I explore that possibility in Episode 16. How ancient do YOU think Yoda’s people are?

NGL.....Kanan and Satine's deaths were hard, and I knew they would be going in.....but I did not expect to feel this bad about Tech. Bad Batch Season 2 is done and now I'm on to Season 3! Hopefully I can give a full review before I go to ComicCon next week!

TFA, while definitely not my favorite (even amongst the sequels), was visually well done and got people talking again. But to me, The Mandalorian and Andor stand out as the projects that really expanded what Star Wars stories can do. One built a whole new corner of the galaxy around a bounty hunter and a foundling; the other delivered a grounded, character-driven political thriller and showed Star Wars can stand on its own without Jedi, The Force etc. Easy to see why those three would be the proudest.

We’ve known Yoda since 1980. 46 years later, we still don’t know what his species is called, where they come from, or why they seem so connected to the Force. That’s the mystery I’m exploring in Episode 16.🎙️ What’s the ONE thing you most want to know about Yoda’s species?

This was such a beautiful scene, and it really gave more dimensions to Maul's character. Some days I go back and forth deciding whether this or the final battle in the finale is the best part of the show......that's how powerful this moment was.
This scene had us all in tears and feeling something...seeing Maul at his most vulnerable was just heartbreaking.

An appearance from the Sheevster in Maul season 2 would be a surprise, to be sure, but a welcome one!

I never expected Crosshair to become my favorite member of the Bad Batch. In Season 1, it was Wrecker. Easily. Season 2 completely changed that. Crosshair’s isolation, inner conflict, and slow realization of what the Empire really was gave him one of the most compelling arcs in the show. Did your favorite change? #starwars #swtwt #badbatch
