From the beginning, they had a 15-day inactivity rule and a 30-day payout cycle. Honestly, I have never seen a firm with such frustrating rules. I completed my trading objectives and earned my profit, patiently waiting to request my payout. But just 40 minutes before I could request my payout, they terminated my account for inactivity, even though, according to my records, the inactivity period had not yet expired. The worst part? They never sent me any email reminder or notification to warn me that my account was approaching an inactivity breach. >> Their team initially understood my concerns and said they would consider my complaint.
