I don't love Activision taking over the series, but it's hard to see how they could be worse than Guilty Spark Studios.

The vast majority of people are dancing on the grave of Halo Studios, everyone from big content creators to Twitter keyboard warriors are saying "Fu*k 343" and "Good riddance". If you tell them that "good people lost their jobs", they'll say "should have made a good game then."

Overall seeing a lot of negative feedback. I'm of the mind give them one chance at a good Halo title. We're already bottom of the barrel.

I think whatever studio forms at Activision might surprise everybody. There's a wealth of talent there eager to get off the COD treadmill, they may actually try really hard and nail it.
