I had a yacht once. My many marriages didn't last, my kids were trashing money on drugs and involved in crypto scams, was myself accused of bringing underage girls to my parties (which I may have done), was constantly on the news for having money, had no idea who were my friends.

So, this is the new meta.
Go to companies to spread agentic development evangelism, not knowing exactly what to say or can say, using AI to create the keynotes, and be convinced this is the right way to help business and the economy to grow and products to become better.
Giving a talk at a customer next week.
Working title in my head is The Current Meta and I want to talk about how I use agents.
Lots of ideas that I haven't ordered yet, just want to note them now right now, order later.

Don't stress over it. We live in a time where people say they have ADHD, OCD and are autistic, because they think it makes them look cool and trendy. When in fact, it makes them look like ignorant morons (another medical condition).

Yes. Mid 90s ASP, ColdFusion, PHP were PLs that offered web development through their integrated backend dev frameworks. They were WAF and they coined the term. Full stack frameworks appeared later. And this is only in the web dev area. Frameworks have existed for decades earlier

I'm becoming convinced that for a large part of the people in this platform, software development means web development and that's what the whole world is doing.
(sometimes they may also think about game development, because games. But often they'll forget even that.)

Yes. They are web frameworks. I don't know what else to tell you. The supporting languages just happened to give them their names.

I'll just insist that the concept of frameworks predates that by a few decades.

It seems to me you are thinking about web frameworks. Which is also not true. 1990s Active Server pages, Cold Fusion, et cetera were web frameworks.

We need a scale with a reference 0 point, so we can plot negative values. This is why IQ isn't appropriate scale. Intelligence is like distance with an absolute 0. That's fine. But reasoning is more like temperature with negative values.

I was honestly convinced this was a joke, until I saw the comments.
But now I'm ready to believe anything. Like, only Mercedes batteries will fit, the screws require a special key, you void warranties if you DIY, the batteries have a planned obsolescence, et cetera.
