❗️The heads of government of Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland will sign an agreement providing for the possibility of leaving the United Kingdom The meeting will take place on September 14 in Cardiff. The document provides, among other things, for the possibility of holding independence referendums. Scottish First Minister John Swinney said that the current system of government in the United Kingdom “is not sustainable.”
