According to the Title III of the Americans With Disabilities Act, if the festival (82WORLD:LA) fails to deliver the accommodations to the attendees after guaranteeing the festival will be ADA compliant according to their FAQ, the company will be indeed face severe legal, financial and reputational consequences as their FAQ is considered "Guaranteed Compliance in Writing."
The Department of Justice can fine the entire organization up to $75,000 and the victims will have the right to sue and use the FAQ as evidence against @hello82PRESENTS and the COO for not delivering the promises on their FAQ.
California can also fine them $4,000 PER individual violation.
