Eventually the @solana saga phone will/should derive biometric keypairs.
Which means your average use won't have to worry about mnemonic passphrases.
Or losing access to their funds. Or any of the technical stuff behind self-custody.
Polygon vampire attacked ethereum users by falsely labelling as an L2 and piggy backing off most of its infra. Such a gigabrain move 🧠
Polygon is as much an L2 to Ethereum as Solana is.
Actually - There is no such thing as Symbiotic Layer 2s in blockchain currently so…
My man, he’s referring to shit that actually exists on mainnet. There’s a reason nobody talks about Aptos anymore. As soon as they tried to launch a mainnet, the scalability suffered tremendously.
Aptos is broken.
Aptos launched today - October 17, 2022 at 14:22:40
However, Aptos is currently has a lower tps than Bitcoin and a majority of tokens are either staked or ready to be dumped on retail investors.

At this point Ethereum has:
Less users than Solana ✅
(5.8M 30d vs 12.2M SOL)
Is not as decentralized as Solana ✅
(Nakamoto Coefficient of 2 vs. Solana's 30)
Is 1,000x less performant than Solana ✅
(0.1mb/s vs 100mb/s)
Let's see how much the lead widens, Mfs arent ready
the schadenfreude about the solana thing is off the charts
i love making jokes as much as the next guy but some of you are just genuinely happy that folks lost money
we don’t know the nature of the hack yet, most of you are just spreading misinformation and it kind of sucks
to make things clear, the @solana blockchain is humming along right now.
there's some attack going on outside of the network itself. shout out to all the people putting their heads together right now to root cause this
Maybe I'm calling it too early, but it seems like this whole Solana iOS drain issue is a prime case study for the seed vault on Saga.
Solana is already the most mobile chain; Phantom and Slope etc. have around half their users on mobile. Looks like an iOS seed leak...
