Sort of no. An NFT is a moment in internet time marked by the NFT. A painting is a moment in time marked by paint on a canvas. One is less material it's true. As Magritte wrote under his picture of a pipe: "Ceci, n'est pas une pipe."
This is objective nonsense. You don't own anything with an NFT.
These people want to return to a world of artificial scarcity because it is the only paradigm they understand.
The web is about *unlimited* sharing - not a ponzi scheme.
I'm puzzled. Why do we need lorry drivers with HGV licences? I thought that nice Mr Gove said we don't need experts. Surely just anyone can hop into a lorry and zoom down the road. Obvious, job done.
