One through a regular fiat presale, directly purchasable through our webshop. This is also part of something much bigger. We’re working towards a fully tokenized version of Fuzzycards. The idea is simple: The physical product is stored securely by our distributor, while the on-chain asset represents the physical product. It can be redeemed whenever you want. No expiry. No redemption deadline. The physical product remains safely in custody until someone decides to redeem it, while the asset itself can move freely on-chain. And once that asset exists on-chain, anyone can build around it. Trading. Distribution. Gamification. New marketplaces. New experiences we haven’t even thought of yet. Anyone can build any kind of on-chain experience around these assets. We believe trading, distributing and gamifying Fuzzycards becomes much easier when the asset can live on-chain instead of only off-chain. We want Fuzzycards to become something people can build on top of. Tomorrow is another step in that direction. But this one is special. Every card in the 589 Collection will be holographic, with a different holographic treatment for each rarity. All 150 Genesis cards will carry a special gold foil 589 stamp on top of the holographic. A mark for the day that made them. There’s one more secret in this Edition. Thirteen cards from the Genesis set exist in a hidden variant: The same cards, seen from the other side of the torii gate. Mirrored. Vermilion. Written entirely in Japanese. One per box. We also saw how much you guys loved keeping the boxes sealed. So we decided to make a box that is special enough to look at even when it never gets opened. The 589 boxes feature completely new, hand-drawn, fully coded artwork made specifically for this collection, with holographic effects throughout. This artwork will never be used or distributed again. It will never be posted by us either. It is purely meant for the eyes of the believer. Alongside the special boxes, there will be five different jumbo collector cards featuring the same artwork. Tokenized version: complete set of all five. Fiat presale: one random jumbo. Collectors of the tokenized version will also receive two special promo cards that will never be released again. And then there is The King. Only 10 will ever exist. The 10 largest orders will each receive a The King promo card, individually numbered 1–10. All ten will be distributed exclusively to the community. You will not be told beforehand if you made the cut. No leaderboard. No announcement. If you made the cut, The King will simply appear in your order. One of the 10. Forever. A FEW IMPORTANT DETAILS Orders made through the website and orders made with the tokenized asset will be combined when determining the 10 largest orders. If you purchase through both, we need to be able to connect those orders. Once redemption for the tokenized asset goes live, you will have 24 hours to claim your physical version if you want it combined with an existing webshop order. After that, your webshop order may already have entered fulfillment and we may no longer be able to combine them. The 589 Collection will begin shipping in approximately 2 months. This collection uses printing techniques we have never used at this scale. Because of how special and complex this production process is, we will begin production as soon as the 24-hour sale closes and we know the final number. We will make exactly the amount that is sold. No extras. No second print. No rerun. Once these are made, they are made. The 589 Collection will never be produced again. And while tomorrow is about remembering where we came from, we’re already building where Fuzzy goes next. The real Portal has now been live for over a week. A lot of you helped us test the version that came before it. Every order, every bug and every piece of feedback gave us the data we needed to build something around what the community actually needs. And feedback will always be welcome. Together, we have built something pretty crazy: The largest sales team any TCG has ever had. While XRP is heating up, we’re ramping up our marketing efforts too. We have multiple partnerships in the pipeline, including some very big ones. Thursday is a big day for Fuzzy. During the afternoon (ET), the Fuzzycards Portal goes live. If you hold a booster box NFT, you will be able to burn it and claim your physical cards. Redemption will remain open until September 2nd at 1 PM ET. After that, redemption closes permanently. Any unburned booster box NFTs will remain on-chain as collectibles, but will no longer be redeemable for physical cards. The portal is also where we start building the distribution network for Fuzzycards. Fuzzybear and Raebyzzuf holders will have access to a holders-only distribution program. Find a card shop in your city. Introduce them to Fuzzycards. When they are ready to place an order, submit the store and order through the portal. From there, we take over. We contact the store and handle payment, production, fulfilment, and shipping. The store gets dealer pricing, and the holder who brings the order in receives 15% of the order value. The technology is simple. The idea is bigger. We have one of the strongest communities in crypto. Now we’re giving that community a way to open doors for Fuzzy in the physical world. Our goal is simple: Fuzzycards should eventually be available, played and collected everywhere in the world. We believe the best way to get there is together. At the same time, the official Fuzzycards webshop goes live. For the first time, anyone can buy Fuzzycards directly from us, with or without an NFT. The webshop gives everyone a way into Fuzzy. A real trading card game needs a publisher. Fuzzy didn’t come from the traditional trading card industry. It came from the XRPL. So we chose a publisher that understands both worlds - the physical one we’re entering and the on-chain one we’re coming from. XPUNKS has been part of the XRPL for four years - a known and trusted name with relationships across the ecosystem and beyond. Starting Thursday, XPUNKS GmbH, a Swiss company registered in Zug, is the publisher of Fuzzycards. XPUNKS is the first name we’re bringing into Fuzzy’s world. It will not be the last. Fuzzybear and Raebyzzuf holders will soon have access to a holder portal. If you know a local card shop, game store, or retailer that should carry Fuzzycards, you introduce us. You submit the store through the portal. From there, we take over. We contact the store, verify the order, handle payment, production, fulfillment and shipping. You simply follow the progress through the portal and earn a commission on every order you bring in. Instead of hiring a sales team, we’re building one of the largest in the TCG industry together with you. This community already carries Fuzzy further than any marketing campaign ever could. This program doesn’t replace what you’ve already been doing. It rewards it. And this is only one piece of what comes next. A trading card game lives on continuous content.
