Impeachment requires a two-thirds supermajority of the senators to do it… that’s virtually impossible. **** HOWEVER **** Along with enacting ALL the conservative agenda items democrats will never lend their vote to in order to get the 60 votes required… Nuking the filibuster will do ALL that plus can remove activist judges. The DOJ must appoint a special prosecutor to review the process and collect evidence of “Judicial Overreach”. Federal Judges CAN Be Re Removed Without Impeachment. Federal Activist Judges in Podunk, USA have been deciding cases outside their jurisdiction and that affects the entire country. Nearly ALL of those politically decided cases get reversed on appeal or they make it to SCOTUS where they are overturned. Filing these cases are without question judicial overreach and those judges can be removed “Without Being Impeached.” Violating "Article III’s grant of good behavior tenure" is the answer to hold activist judges accountable and will stop this democrat scam. Information gathered by an Inspector General may be used to prove in court that a judge had ‘misbehaved’ and had thereby violated the terms of their tenure.
