sry 2 disappoint you dash, but you can't be a mod w/o a banhammer. it's equivalent 2 a police badge: if you don't have it, then you have no authority 2 enforce the law. the only way you can get 1 is by passing the test, so i'd get 2 reading if i were you.

i'm a moderator. i'm part of a team that works 4 the admins 2 uphold the law and protect geocity. mod applications are open 24/7, but 2 receive a banhammer and become a mod, you need 2 pass a RLY tough test. make sure you memorise geocity's rulebook b4 applying.
