You sold your 100x for a 2x. Never again.
Jeff said it back in 2024, before any of this was obvious: "When you see a 100x, you drop everything to make that a reality. Factors of less than 2 are insignificant. Big things take time to build, but nothing else is worth building."
Most people don't lose because they picked the wrong asset. They lose because they picked the right one and sold it too early , because a 2x felt safe, felt real, felt like a win you could actually bank. Nobody gets excited clicking "sell" at 40% gains. But that small, safe decision is exactly what keeps most people permanently priced out of the moves that actually change a life.
Jeff didn't build Hyperliquid chasing small wins. He turned down a $100M term sheet because it was a factor of less than 2 compared to what he was actually building. He funded an eleven-person team off his own trading profits instead of taking the easy, diluted path everyone else takes. Every decision he's made since has filtered through the same question: is this a 2x decision, or a 100x one?
Most people will read this, nod, and go back to taking profit at the first green candle tomorrow. A few will actually internalize it.
The difference between those two groups is the entire difference between watching the 100x happen to someone else and being the one it happens to.
Drop everything for the 100x. Stop celebrating the 2x.
