So now I’m part of Diversify: Female Founders in the Bay Area, alongside 100+ founders breaking barriers and redefining industries. Still feels surreal. But here’s the thing: It’s 2026. There are more founders than ever. More capital than ever. And yet only about 2% of venture capital funding goes to female founders. There are so many incredible women out there - hungry, determined, and building companies that will define the next decade. They just don’t always get the same shot. So it's time we change that.
