They ran out of chances? Huh? They let BioWare continue spending money to develop it for 2 years after Veilguard before suddenly just giving up right after the Saudi's got involved. What chance were they given?
I'm not really buying the narrative that EA shut down Bioware because they had to choose between Battlefront 3 and Mass Effect. I think they likely would have chosen to make both if they were confident Mass Effect would have been profitable. Bioware just ran out of chances

Mass Effect is superior to Star Wars in every single way. It isn't even close. The only reason Star Wars is more popular is because it had a head start and has been a dominant IP passed on through generations. Mass Effect is MUCH more interesting, sorry! #SaveMassEffect
