Honored to have my research mentioned by @netanyahu in his address to the UNGA. Israel has in fact implemented more civilian harm mitigation measures (many that no nation has ever even imagined/attemped) than any military in history. The other facts in his speech were also spot on. Israel has not only implemented extraordinary precautions in urban warfare to prevent civilian harm while Hamas has done everything it can to increase civilian harm, there is no genocide, actually the opposite of genocide in Gaza, Israel provided tons of food, water, medical supplies, facilitated immunizations for the entire populations, field hospitals, built new water lines, electricity, got patients to hospitals outside of Gaza, and much more.

Srečanje s predsednikom Vlade Države Izrael @netanyahu v palači OZN je potekalo v času okrepljenega političnega dialoga med državama. Odnosi med Slovenijo in Izraelom so bili vse od osamosvojitve tradicionalno prijateljski in to ne glede na dogajanja na Bližnjem vzhodu. Poslabšali so se zgolj v času prejšnje vlade, kar je Sloveniji povzročilo znatno gospodarsko in politično škodo. V tem mandatu sta državi že naredili konkretne korake h krepitvi političnega, gospodarskega, znanstvenega in tehnološkega sodelovanja. Prav umetna inteligenca, visoke tehnologije, obramba, raziskave in investicijsko povezovanje sodijo med področja, na katerih državi v zadnjem obdobju prepoznavata velik potencial za okrepljeno sodelovanje. Dobre politične odnose pretvarjamo v nove priložnosti za podjetja, raziskovalne ustanove, investitorje in državljane obeh držav. Slovenija in Izrael imata veliko znanja, izkušenj in podjetniškega potenciala. Ustvarjamo pogoje, v katerih se lahko ta potencial poveže in preraste v konkretne rezultate v korist obeh držav.

Mahmoud Abbas preaches to the @UN, but incites Palestinian terrorism through Pay-for-Slay. The Palestinian Authority is paying hundreds of millions of dollars a year to terrorists and their families. The more blood spilled - the greater the reward. . Mahmoud Abbas rewards and encourages terror.

It is particularly amusing to hear @KingAbdullahII of Jordan speak so passionately about international law and the rights of Palestinians in Judea and Samaria. In July 1988, on the orders of his father, King Hussein, Jordan collectively and unilaterally revoked the citizenship and rights of Palestinians living in Judea and Samaria - in complete violation of international law. Overnight, Palestinians in Judea and Samaria lost the right to vote or run for the Jordanian parliament, work in the Jordanian civil service, or receive funding from the Hashemite Kingdom. Their Jordanian passports were confiscated or not renewed. They were classified as foreign nationals. Their entry into Jordan and their ability to remain there were restricted. Tell us more about international law.
