Management Approach for Recurrent MR after TEER. with case examples, treatment algorithm, an overview of treatment modalities, and a proposed goal-directed staging. A framework for further work to build upon, such as index case selection on TEER vs TMVR, device retrieval and leaflet preservation, and the lifetime management of MR.
