Kindly correct article 138 (2).
The difference between “result” and “results” is not grammatical gymnastics. In Article 138, it is a constitutional distinction that matters. Article 138(2) speaks of “the results of the presidential election” the results generated and declared through the electoral chain. Those are the results: the constituency-level presidential figures arising from the 290 constituencies. But Article 138(10) speaks of the Chairperson “declaring the result of the presidential election.” That is the result; the national presidential outcome derived from those constituency results. This distinction matters because it tells us what happens at each level. The constituency is not merely a transit point. It is the constitutional unit through which the presidential results are collated and declared. The 290 constituency results form the evidentiary and numerical foundation upon which the national result is established.

How many more lives must be lost? How many more families must bury their loved ones? In Meru, people are not living, they are waiting for the next attack. This is not normal. This is not acceptable. Leadership must mean something. It must protect. It must act. deliver safty now.

Kindly ignore the post going around with my photo and false statements about opposition leadership. I didn’t write it, and I do not support such divisive propaganda. Using my image without consent is wrong. Let’s stay focused and united.

The images the world is seeing out of Gaza are proof that there is no difference between the Nazi Germany and the Jewish state called Israel

Let me say this again. STOP DEMONSTRATIONS. Demos work when dealing with reasonable people. Those with some degree of humanity in them. IEBC is now in place. Plan massive voter registration and education. Speak at the pooling day. Let your vote demonstrate.

My advice on Saba Saba is that please give it a pass. Concentrate on voter registration and voter education. Don't give these people the opportunity to kill more Kenyans.

It appears to me that it would have been cheaper and better for the country if the president had addressed GenZs' grievances instead of co-opting the opposition.

I can say with confidence that the president will be welcomed with open harms in Mt. Kenya. It is not in our nature to disrespect our visitors and, above all, not the president.

They committed the ultimate sin-existing. And Israel, in its infinite righteousness, must correct God’s “mistakes.” After all, they are the chosen ones, right? But maybe-just maybe-we should be asking: Chosen by whom? Because call me crazy, but a group that spits on Christians, mocks the faith of billions, and believes Jesus is burning in hell doesn’t exactly scream allies of the Creator of Light and Life. No, I have this strange, nagging suspicion-now hear me out-that maybe, just maybe… they’re playing for Team Evil. But hey, what do I know? I’m just an old lady watching history repeat itself while the world looks away.

Ukrainians should make peace with Russia. All Russians want is a non aligned Ukraine. Given what the Americans and the Europeans are doing to the Parlistinians, you can't blame the Russians for not wanting them at their borders.

I have read many stories about the deputy president. He is enjoying the holiday season. Trust me on this. He is self actualized and therefore doesn't have to follow his boss everywhere he goes. Stop scepeculation.

Oh, give me a break, Donald, with your tariffs. BRICS isn’t shaking in their boots because you’re flailing around with threats of 100% tariffs like a bad poker player bluffing with no cards. You don’t scare them; you embarrass us. Here’s the reality: The "mighty U.S. Dollar" isn’t strong because of your big mouth or tariff tantrums. It’s strong because the global economy trusts America, our stability, our leadership, our rule of law. And guess what? Every time you start hollering about reckless trade wars or slapping tariffs on half the planet, you chip away at that trust. The last time you tried this nonsense, American farmers, workers, and consumers paid the price, not the countries you were barking at. How’d those tariffs on China work out? Oh, right, higher prices at Walmart and a bailout for soybean farmers. You think BRICS countries like Brazil, India, or even South Africa will just roll over? They’ve got their own moves, and while you’re busy calling them “suckers,” they’re sitting down with China and Russia figuring out ways to sidestep the dollar. You’re handing them a reason to unite while slamming the door on American businesses that rely on exports. Newsflash: you can’t just bully your way to dominance in a global economy. Instead of threatening 100% tariffs, how about making sure America is the best damn trading partner they could have? Fix the dollar’s long-term credibility by tackling our debt and budget deficits. Work with allies instead of insulting them. Maybe even invest in smart reforms to make the global system fairer, so emerging economies stick with us instead of running toward alternatives. But no, you’d rather scream into your gold-plated echo chamber and pretend that shouting “America First!” fixes everything. Here’s the hard truth: If BRICS or anyone else moves away from the dollar, it won’t be because of some tariff threat you cooked up. It’ll be because you, Mr. Big Shot, made America look like a risky, unreliable mess. So how about putting the nonsense aside and doing something that actually helps the U.S. economy for once?
