Why does @GeminiApp APIs, even via VertexAI continue to return 429/500 errors? even for few 10s of requests a day kind of workload. Even with GCP orgs/projects that are years old.
This is not new, has been the case for years, I am not sure how others are using it in prod?

Nothing actually works at Google anymore. I'm getting a 500 error even in the Google Workspace console. I keep getting errors when trying to create a Compute Engine VM on Google Cloud, and it took me 5 attempts to finally get this done. If you try to use "Generate machine type suggestions with Gemini", it generates configurations that can't be implemented 🤡 Oh, and you can't contact support to report any of this unless you pay for support (?!?), so you're stuck with nothing working! Google is a complete joke nowadays!
