Admittedly I’ve a personal interest, but @graingerplc seem to be more results driven than attending to the needs of their elderly tenants! Major repairs and general upkeep are not top of their list apparently...

Good quality safe homes?? We have a report that states cladding is unsafe and needs to be removed- yet you have yet to formally respond to how you, as landlords, will deal with this. People cannot sell or remortgage until you address the situation.
