It’s time to sit on the sidelines and wait for this place to be cleaned up or burnt down.
Things went from peer-to-peer fun, to scam-to-vamp across the board.
There aren’t enough users and liquidity left in the space. As real users get scammed and burnt out, they don’t come back.
The rugs you participate in, that liquidity does not come back into the market. You’re paying someone’s rent, vacation, or gambling addiction.
The pump fun coins you bought? 800+ million dollars extracted from web 3. And that’s just pumpfuns solana sales. Add on 99% of the coins launched there also rug and extract.
The time you spent on abstract? They farmed you for ur money and IPO evaluation. While you think you’re farming airdrops, you’re really just the livestock getting tattooed with soul bounds or dust.
I wanted to develop somethings to help clean up the space, but all I see is the authentic people get screwed over in the end.
There are very few things I still have conviction in and will be bag holding and participating from the shadows, but it’s time to step away. I don’t need the cheddar, just lost the love for the art of clicking buttons.
