this is exactly how it is in enterprise, and yet my manager seems to talk to me only through pwpush
everyone pretends to care about security when it’s in the news but deep down dont. this is how it has been longer before AI, and that’s actually the reason why critical infra is so exploitable rn. the majority of people who write software didnt care then & dont care now.
you can say the same for performance, ux, etc.
the “slop” people blame AI for is it’s the perpetuated standard of incompetence with 10x the visibility.
