Before spending money to prove that your idea is brilliant, spend time finding out whether anybody needs it. Sit with the customer.
Understand what frustrates them, what they already use and what they can afford. It takes humility to discover that the feature you love matters less than a delivery arriving on time.
That conversation may bruise your ego. It can also save you from building an expensive answer to the wrong question.
