Let me help you here… Illinois is one of the few states that is rapidly losing population d/t mass exodus. Therefor outside of Chicago housing prices are stagnant and in some cases dropping. So congrats on buying a house in the future East St. Louis……
Illinois is the most affordable state in the country to buy a home.
