@teslasi @Tesla I need help escalating a service invoice dispute with Tesla Dubai for my Model X. A safety-restraint issue appeared after a previous accident repair, and I had already reported it to Tesla and was told to bring the vehicle in for inspection.

Tesla has now revised the invoice, but I have not received a response to my final settlement proposal of AED 1,500. I have all WhatsApp correspondence and service records. Please have the Tesla UAE Customer Experience/Service Management team contact me and review the case. Thank
