I was five minutes into a speech at our new Madrid office last week when one of our own agents, HappyGuardian, cut me off and emailed the room telling everyone to put their phones away and go get a drink. Fair, really. We built it as a joke for the night, but it's a fair demo of what we do the rest of the time: agents doing real work on their own, inside the systems a company already uses. The speech was for the opening of our European hub in Madrid, which makes eight offices across three continents. San Francisco is still our headquarters, but Madrid is the base for everything we do in Europe. Thanks to everyone who came, and to everyone who got us here. There's plenty more to build - and we're still hiring. 🚀

I recently sat down with @kaitlyn_mattson at @_diginsurance to talk about where AI is taking insurance. We covered: → My advice to other insurtech leaders → How AI changes insurance over the next five years → The biggest opportunity in the next six months → The mistake I see most often We started @HappyRobot on a logistics problem. Insurance isn't that different: intake, documents, follow-ups, and teams chasing information across systems that don't share the same context. Full interview: bit.ly/4hKl1N6

Deployment teams usually get measured on whether they helped close a deal. Not surprising, really. It's the easiest thing to attribute. But closing is a fraction of what they move. Every metric a company follows should be within reach of the deployment team, not just ARR. I sat down with @ivory_tang on The Last Mile podcast to talk FDEs and deployments. We're thrilled to welcome Alberto Granados to HappyRobot as Non-Executive Chairman of Growth and Expansion. Alberto spent 30+ years in technology, most of them at Microsoft, where he was President of @MicrosoftES until 2025. He has driven AI adoption inside large organizations from the front line. We've grown to eight offices across four continents this past year. Alberto will lead where we go next, in Spain and internationally. Full announcement in the thread 👇

You know what a workflow costs in credits. The better question is whether those credits are buying the desired outcome - and where to spend fewer of them for the same result. A collections call sounds like one task. As a workflow it's six execution steps: pull the account, classify the situation, have the conversation, check against policy, extract the commitment, write it back. Only one step - the conversation - is truly where better judgment converts into money. On the HappyRobot platform, deterministic steps don't invoke a model at all. For the steps that do, you select the model per step, and can then A/B test alternatives to see which one actually earns its cost. We break down these levers, and how they compound, in the blog post linked in comments.

Over a decade ago, Mexico gave me one of my first opportunities to build a career - I was working at the Spanish embassy, helping companies enter the Mexican market. Last week I went back. This time, to open @happyrobot's new office in Mexico City. It was a full circle moment. The ambition, the energy, and the talent of people building here are as strong as ever. Companies aren't treating AI as an experiment - they're betting on how it can transform the way they work. I'm excited to bring HappyRobot to Mexico. Thank you to everyone who welcomed us. ¡Ándale! 🇲🇽

Good AI teams ship changes. Great AI teams run experiments. Every change to how your AI operates has an unknown impact on production. With A/B testing experiments, you can test different versions of your agent against real production traffic simultaneously, before deciding to roll out broadly. Test a change in prompt details, model choice, or workflow structure - wording, tone, cost profile, logic, steps, or entirely different versions. Measure effect on any custom business metric - customer satisfaction score, recovery rate, escalation rate, conversion, and more, while tracking agent behavior in parallel so you know the variant that wins on performance also behaves exactly as intended. @gonzalo_io from our engineering team dives deep into how the experimentation capability helps make data driven improvements to your AI workforce: happyrobot.ai/blog/how-ab-te…

Our $150M Series C announcement went up on the NYSE trading floor this week. We work with some of the most ambitious companies in the world - enterprises that drive our economy. This milestone is theirs as much as it is ours. Thank you to the @NYSE team.

The goal isn't more agents. It's a smarter system. An agent earns the right to do more by being reliable, task after task. Do that on one unified context layer, and it compounds: every agent's improvement becomes the system's improvement. That's Enterprise Superintelligence.
