Ephemera! (End of an era)

Can't say enough good things about using @AskVenice for my projects. Quite a few shots from this video and a few previous videos would get moderated and rejected when using other platforms, meanwhile Venice lets all of these prompts pass right on through to the model. You'd be amazed at how much moderation/prompt refusal is not from the AI model itself, but instead the platform you are using and their additional layers they've added between you and said model. @AskVenice basically treats you like an actual adult (still within reason) - a very refreshing take compared to some other similar platforms out there.

ephemera /ɪˈfɛmərə/ ih-FEM-er-uh from the Ancient Greek ephḗmerosἐπί (epí, upon) + ἡμέρα (hēméra, day) — lasting only a day things of brief existence; objects made to be used once and discarded — tickets, posters, letters, menus, moments — that somehow endure as evidence of the fleeting.

Back in my film school daze I was super obsessed with trying to make a music video like this where absolutely crazy stuff was happening in extreme slow motion while the singer was singing in regular real time speed. Did a few experiments on a few real music video projects where you film in a high frame rate then have the person lip sync singing to a song that’s been sped up 2x or whatever the calculation is based on the frame rate that you’re filming at. Then when you slow it back down to 24fps and lay in the song, it all magically lines up and looks really cool (if you do it all right) Had to spend some time to figure out a winning prompt template for this effect in Seedance but it was really cool when it finally clicked. Anyway…stay tuned for more.
