My 10% rule: If the protein content is 10%+ of the overall calories, it counts as high protein otherwise it is just "protein-washing". The math does lie.

You’re a Twinkie. The fact that you have 4 grams of protein doesn’t make you a protein Twinkie.

One feature that made me switch to brave few months back. So far I am loving it and it's my default browser on both phone and desktop.
Damn @Brave is doing gods work

Scalability is like supplements. Give them to an anemic person, and it's a miracle. Give them to a healthy person, and it's a waste of resources. It only works when your body truly needs it. @Stavros stavros.io/posts/why-is-ever…

Why do we need so many other services and apps to make a LLM call working?

MCP it is.
Model Context Protocol (MCP) has quickly emerged as the preferred way for agents to connect to the outside world. Excited to announce that MCP support is coming to Postman! What does this mean: 1. Work with MCP requests natively in Postman. 2. Support for SSE and stdio transports 3. Seamless, optimized UI to reduce friction in working with tools. Reply to this post for early access!

UX dark patterns are almost everywhere. Every time I try to use UPI on Amazon, they keep pushing Amazon Pay and the Amazon credit card. This game really summarises these patterns in fun way. games.productartistry.com/ga…

Intresting weekend read: Public opinion on controversial topics such as abortion, euthanasia, and homosexuality changes largely because of generational replacement - that is, older generations dying off - rather than individuals changing their minds. cambridge.org/core/journals/…

A book that provided reasons behind so many issues I have seen growing up in small village but always wondered how and why people make these decisions. A must read for anyone who cares about poverty.

May be an extention on existing email can do it
Someone should make Twitter, except for email. Bounce any email that is more than 280 characters, unless we've emailed before. I'd pay a lot for that.
1)A book full of surprises that explains the subconscious mind functions in everyday life situations. Very practical and concise book. If you have already read "Thinking fast and slow" then it is safe to skip the first part and directly jump to second. @robinhanson @KevinSimler

I use Firefox focus on mobile and Firefox with no tracking enabled + unlock on pc, for Google searches. It works fine without ads so far.

Yes, Google searches are fast using an incognito window. That's how I knew that being logged in was the source of the problem. But ad blocking doesn't work in incognito mode, so if I actually click on a search result, the experience may be dramatically worse.
Thanks @ACTFibernet much needed internet speed in crucial times.

Anonymous users are the biggest contributors to this. If you put verification based on govt ID card and only use the same name, internet trolling will come down drastically.

4. Social 2.0: We reached a tipping point on the social internet where people are afraid to say what they think online because of backlash. The internet was created to be a free thinking environment & we lost that. Social 2.0 will emerge to create more honest conversations.
