Oil prices are rising worldwide, but the real question is: how bad can this get? So I gave Apodex 1.1 a critical task: figure out why prices are rising, what’s driving the market, and how high oil could realistically go next. and it gave me real research & uncertainty with consequences.

1. again gave it a task that wasn’t just about finding an answer. It had to work through the actual inputs, inspect the data, decide how to approach the problem, execute the analysis, and produce a usable result. And the interesting part? I could watch the whole process unfold on the Task board.

2. This is where it gets interesting. Instead of waiting for a final answer, I could see the task broken down and executed in real time: what was being worked on, what had been completed, and where the process was headed. It felt less like chatting with an AI… and more like watching an agent actually work.

3. Then I input the requirements in the task. Instead of throwing away everything and starting over, it kept the useful work it had already completed and adjusted the affected parts of the task. That ability to adapt while executing is what really caught my attention.
