Crypto Clarity Act UPDATE! 🚨 The chance of the Clarity Act passing looks lower now. That means $BTC has already priced that in. If it somehow gets through on September 15, forget the talk of a full capitulation or a long correction. Bitcoin could start a new bull run from that point. Most people still expect the vote to fail. Coinbase CFO Alesia Haas already said there is another plan. She said Coinbase always saw three routes: Congress, the agencies, or the courts. If Congress stalls, she thinks the SEC and CFTC can still move through their own rulemaking. If that other plan starts to show in the next few days, Bitcoin still has room to move higher. Stay ready for some shakeout first. Big vote weeks often fake people out before the real move.
