Been using Gsuite since 2022, and it's honestly one of the best decisions I made careerwise
It had the same effect as using Neovim as my daily IDE - people would see that and think I must know what I am doing, which directly translated to job offers
But now it is time to move to mailflare, a self-hosted Gsuite alternative for as many custom domains and emails I want!
Gsuite is costing me $8.40 monthly now(up from $5), mailflare will cost me $5 for cf workers, to allow me to send and receive emails, but i can bring onboard my whole team at the same cost!
Oh and the code is opensource, so i can make changes to it as I want! Suite(sweet) times

From my experience building multiple apps and reaching 500K+ users across them, execution matters way more than the idea.
Most of my ideas were not unique.
The difference was:
I shipped fast.
I tested fast.
I marketed every day.
I killed what didnβt work.
And I doubled down on what did.
You donβt need the perfect idea.
You need to execute on a decent idea better than everyone else. π

Since I started sleeping earlier around 4 years ago, life actually got way easier. Less chaos, better decisions, more consistency.
Maybe I wasnβt just terrible at discipline. Maybe my internal clock was just completely fucked.
