A lot of us ignore these cry’s for help because we’re not currently affected and therefore it’s ‘not our problem’. Customer support will have to improve drastically at identifying wrongfully locked accounts, it’s not fair to leave users stranded for weeks @ecomi_ @veve_official
Please be aware. This is a paid product (assuming you all have purchased gems). Their developer agreement does not allow them yo ignore all of your concerns for weeks and sometimes even months. 3 business days @veve_official. Please address this.

This is such a big issue. VeVe started a war against bots and now it becomes a war against some of their most engaged users. My account was disabled and I have never used anny software. My friends account also. We have more than 100 nfts now locked. #Vevewaragainstcustomers
