Thanks to the @ReFiDAOist collaboration we had our first of three onboarding sessions for GrowFi.
π± Introducing GrowFi: Regenerative Finance, Reimagined
GrowFi is a two-token platform built on Ethereum that makes lending to regenerative projects simple, transparent, and fair for everyone involved.
How it works:
π A circular economy β GrowFi connects three key players: producers (who get loans to grow their projects), funders (who provide the capital), and consumers β creating a self-sustaining ecosystem.
πΈ Direct peer-to-peer funding β Money flows straight from backers to growers, with built-in escrow protection so funds stay secure until a project hits its minimum funding goal.
πͺ Two tokens, two purposes β Campaign tokens give you a fractional share in a project, while yield tokens represent the interest you earn on your loan.
π Rewarding early believers β Thanks to a bonding curve model, early backers earn higher yields than those who join later β the sooner you're in, the more you benefit.

Everyone dreams of the Mediterranean investment property. But what if that opportunity also came with community that regenerated both the land while generating real revenue?
I am here in Ragusa with @justsebnotseb as part of @rifaisicilia working on financing an expansion of an existing ecovilla into 3 more residencies next door including a working greenhouse and spa with space for camping and an outdoor kitchen and event space.
Thereβs a lot to love about this project and site, aside from the asking price of only 40k euros + 20k to build the infrastructure. Thereβs a pristine river in the back of the property and lots of room to to grow in an active community.
This is the first land campaign on @higrowfi where you can lend liquidity while earning more than 10% yield a year from the onsite businesses.

This is the first proposal to pass marking an important milestone as ReFi DAO strengthens its decentralized governance process with V3 after the successful steward council election.
