On the 25th anniversary of September 11th, Secretary Goralnick joined @homebaseprogram, @TeamProject351, and volunteers on the Rose Kennedy Greenway for their annual 9/11 Service Project.
@MassGovernor Healey, Senator Markey, Congresswoman Ayanna Pressley, Ambassador Kennedy, and State Representative Joe McGonagle, spoke with volunteers who honored the lives lost and the service of so many by turning remembrance into action—building care packages for those who are serving overseas, local veterans in need, and writing messages of support to our troops.
We’re grateful to Home Base and Project 351 for bringing people together on this National Day of Service and Remembrance and creating a meaningful opportunity to give back to those who serve.
