it's extremely special that the boys have allowed us to grieve alongside them and shared their love for liam with us. zayn's tribute on tour, end of an era with niall, harry's new song last night, louis singing my hero and dark to light.... they do not owe us anything but they've given us new things to can cherish alongside them. i'm always thinking of them and their friend when i think of the person we lost as fans, and i love them so much. ❤️‍🩹

i don't really know why but this year the anniversary just hits even harder than last year. maybe because i expected it from the one year but not from the two year anniversary... or because the boys showed us their pain and grief this year and that was really emotional💔

Louis, Harry, Niall, I’m so proud of you, how you handled your shows and how visibly difficult it was for you all, we love you ❤️‍🩹

i'm just so so grateful for all the songs the boys wrote and for letting us in on their grief, for giving us another way of connecting to liam through their eyes and for being so vulnerable with us 🤍

I knew Louis was having a hard time on stage but to hear him say this broke me😭 I know I don’t need to do this, but I just wanna apologize for the last four or five songs. Since Dark to Light, I was, uh, really struggling to compose myself. But I will say, I will say it takes a lot of bravery to sing a song like that, but also, I need the right audience. I need to be able to feel vulnerable. And, uh, I feel very, very lucky to have an audience like you guys. the fact that after knowing how private harry was and is with his grief, he still chose to sing such a very personal song on liam’s anniversary just to give him a tribute as he deserves, just break and heal my heart at the same time

obviously i knew that harry has been grieving these past two years more so than any of us, but the fact that he decided to talk about it tonight, that he decided to give us this beautiful song which must have been so difficult for him to sing... it means the world to me❤️‍🩹
