With your new 6 hour limit for car charging, are you going to stop throttling the charge rate on my hypervolt home 3 pro?
I got a smart charge slot this morning, but my rate for the first 20 minutes was throttled to 1.5kwh instead of the 6.5kwh my charger can do.

@OctopusEnergy this is still happening. I needed car fully topped up but it failed. As you can see from @hypervolt screen it looks like was throttled down so didn’t get the required charge. What’s going on? Thanks

@hypervolt Any idea why, since having my Hypervolt swapped out due to damage, I don't have the option for Ultra Mode? It was there in the app for the old unit, but not this one.

I’ve had a Hypervolt charger fitted and although there is a CT clamp monitoring Home energy use, reports or data doesn’t appear to be stored in the app, is this something you could provide your customers?

Well yes. So is this poor installation or a faulty product? Well @OctopusEnergy customer service is ignoring me so I don’t know. Any help from anyone?
